Frontman of the band Puddle of Mudd, Wes Scantlin, appeared to have suffered a meltdown during a show in Texas. He was spotted on camera shouting at an audience member.

He appeared to snap during the concert in Dallas on Wednesday night, April 16. The video clip filmed at the gig appears to show him throwing his microphone into the crowd. He then shouted and made a series of rude hand gestures. If you know what we mean.

Scantlin seemed to become angrier after a number of visitors threw their drinks at him and he eventually stripped off his shirt.

Editors at TMZ.com, say the concert will also be remembered for injury, as one member of the audience was treated by medics.

Scantlin has been the guitarist and lead vocalist for the rock band since they released their debut album, Stuck. They released their next album Abrasive in 1997.

In 2001, with the addition of three new members, Come Clean was released.

In 2003, the band released Life On Display, and they released the album Famous in 2007. Most recently, Puddle of Mudd released Vol. 4: Songs in the Key of Love & Hate in 2009.

The first single off the album was a famous song “Spaceship”. There most famous song of all times, however, is Blurry which hit number 8 in the U.K.

He also sometimes tours with Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell, playing acoustic band’s songs.
